I'm back and forth between MA and NY so I would indeed be interested as I need to build some more net worth so I can start investing in the more expensive area's in the country NY being one of them of course. I already have a NY agent I work with that has a boat load of REO's and short sales that I'd like to assign off if you have some buyers as mentioned above.
