right on !! you MUST take action with what you know or the knowledge is wasted.Mike ...all 4 statements you typed are 100% accurate .....sometimes it takes the repetition of hearing it to spark a fire inside!!.I also just called the realtor and told them to keep the sign right there in the yard until closing is done because i may be able to assign it before the closing AND the realtor would get pd AGAIN !!! IF the sign is left up .....instead of the realtor saying ITS SOLD ....the realtor can tell the caller that its still for sale ...only by ME !!! win/win/win.

I'm lovin what I hear you saying here since the Edge. You are doing amazing and its only going to get better and bigger. That thought of repetition rings true with me. I feel like finally finally strategies have seeped in enough to saturate me to huge action. No more getting rich slowly

these r something alot of people think are not worth anything but they can make you rich just like ANYTHING can with the RIGHT KNOWLEDGE that we recieve from dean graziosi's team !!!.... they r everywhere and can be bought by MANY strategies.....we just need to implement ONE !! to make $$$$

No offense taken, I know you are busy as we are also. If you can have Justin's friend do a drive-by and get some pics to send via cell phone would be a start. I have a PI in Rochester willing to go 70- 75% LTV with very little skin in the game if any at all. Anywhere from 1 month to 3 yrs. still working housing project and Albany investor gig. Student housing moving slow, but there is a ton of money being invested here so I don't want to push too hard. Albany investor wants all 5 props gone together in a package, but 3 of the 5 are pieces of crap and in a bad area. the other 2 are worth a drive by which I am heading out to do as we speak...Jan

Thanks valerie, yes them dvd's wil be packed with knowledge!! And yes this is ANOTHER trailer,lot with paved drive....a different one...but after being at the edge and learning more then I suddenly have seen the opportunity everywhere.....this is the power in the EDGE! !!
