OfflineIt gets so exciting when you find properties and they are all closing in the same week timeframe, using OPM and personal funds from other investments. Just after the Edge Event, we are implementing other techniques, such as wholeselling, lease option, and continuing with our seller financing. The last few days, we've been focused on building our BUYERs list for our wholeselling. Also, we posted free ads on craigslist to fing lease option prospects. It is amazing but people responded to our ads. Craigslist is a great source to find motivated sellers!
