John, I've got some properties in a college town. Does anyone know how to get the student's financial aid to pay their rent? The college needs more student housing and we want them to use ours but need to know how to get paid. Any experience here? If we find an answer to this, I have a guy interested in Kent State area.
Thanks!
Sheila

Students financial aid to pay rent???
You get the parents as guarantors to cover the rent.
All my properties are in college towns and all bring in steady cashflow, and consistent with need.
Drawbacks can be dirty tenants who might tear your stuff up.
Highly recommend.
