Why should I checkout the $29/mo. DG Insider program?

You do realize the trial period only costs a dollar, don't you?

At the $29/mo level you do not have access to a huge amount of the program. You will have access to the daily clips giving advice and encouragement. There is also access to many cash buyers-which is why I am there. It has been worth it to me just to be able to sell some of my properties.

From what you have posted about your situation though, Dallas, if your money is really tight right now, investing in marketing materials may be a better investment for you right now. Bandit signs, etc. Just a thought.

Karen has a very good point in that if your financial affairs are not in order you must address that first and foremost.

Secondly, it is ultimately your choice on wether to join or not no matter how much we tell you on even more incredible tools Dean makes available to us in the Insider Elite website.... before you can sell ( and let's be frank we are in the people business) you must first sell to yourself that

1) you truely are a real estate Investor
2) you will succeed because this is where your passion lays
3)you have incredible support, encouragement and a family here to back you up
4) Dean, DG (and by extension Insider elite) is no over night real estate marketer just looking for your money

Now the goodies you asked for concerning Insider elite

1) while it is true most content is not available in the $29 a month plan
There was a few goodies I saw .....

Second goody all and I do mean All of deans books are available to you with this membership if my memoey serves me right....

Now the one hang up..... under this plan content is restricted but you deffinatly get your moneys worth

When I called the great people Dean has to change my plan he informed me that at this plan once I pass a certain time frame more content becomes available to me
I said awesome just an added bonus to Insider Elite Membership ot will gradually go from silver to gold to platinum and as I progress the content becomes available

This is the gem of all gems Matt's systematic approach on how he does his deals is on Insider Elite (which I will use as my foundation for my business strategy)

There is more to come (please excuse my timing as of the moment I make this comment I am working a double shift, and researching before launching legally my business , and all the legal requirements that entails with it)

I had originally planned on becoming an Insiders Elite member "some day" because of some temporary budgeting constraints. Suddenly Dean started offering me a trimmed down version of IE for $29.87 and I went for it. Every month $29.87 comes out of my account but every day I get to spend time with Dean and leaders from DG. The very first Edge event (2009) is available to me. What a help that has been. Daily wisdom videos, twice weekly chats, archives of past events. There are some bargain additions that I added to further strengthen me in this incredible business. I'm not sure why, but all of a sudden I'm at the gold level, as Insidernotes mentioned. I'm still paying $29.87 a month.

The thing I really like on IE is what Dean calls Checkins. I have 500 spaces to be accountable for my actions for each day. I can check in on a daily basis on how well I did for the day. In my case, I also have an accountability partner that I also regularly contact. I like the checkins because it makes me accountable to myself as well as to my accountability partner. I am committing myself to daily checkins, even if I only watched some Daily Wisdoms on IE. Usually I can look back at the past 24 hours and point to several things that I have done in my business. Each checkin encourages me to do more and grow more and be more accountable.

But I also love to look at and more recently ask questions or comment on a thread at the DG site. That site is Free, Free, Free. Recently I noticed that there were over 4,000 "guests" there. Incredible! Nothing but content for people to browse around and figure out if this is real or not. How cool is that?

you can try the Insider Elite for a month for only $1; this will give you ample time to surf around the site, read past chats, participate in current chats that happen 3(?) times per week where some of Dean's top students (Joe Jurek, Andrea Weule, Gena Horiatis, etc. etc.) lead with different topics... however, I also agree with Karen; if your money is tight, I would not sign up after your 30 days trial period; wait until you get some deals done... in the meantime, keep coming back to this site, which is an amazing site.

There are so many great tools Dean and his team has made available to us. Both websites has been my bible in my rei business, it gave me the courage to push forward, and fired m momentum.

Like Dean always says if you want to speak french, we should travel to France and surround yourself with French speaking people. Same thing applies to rei as well. You have tp surround yourself with successful investors in order to be great in Real estate. .

first i would say to you dallas, if this business of real estate investing you really want to do, you have to decide this first, then you will know if investing a dollar in yourself is worth it,( I DO )these materials and tools that dean giving us for pennies, i know individuals that pay hundreds of dollars.

NOTE: Remember their is no price tag you can put on (ONE's SELF-IMPROVEMENT)

All I can say is here here, IE enabled me to go to the Edge I got a ticket with my membership & the education I got from IE has made me a better investor & helped me to get deals so I would for sure try it out for a mo for a $1.00 its a no brainer & then go from there ok.

You have a good point, Karen... It sounds good from all the recent comments. This is probably something I should consider, after things start picking up here.

I can say I've never been to any of the Edge events, mostly bc of funds. But, it'd be great to have access to that, to see what it's like to go. The accountability factor sounds good, too. I heard someone say it as this before, "To BE the best, you've gotta surround yourself with the best." or something like it. With all the changes that are coming to the DG site, I'm looking forward to finding DG users in your area better & making it easier to network.

1 Idea I think would be cool, is if Dean came up with an App for Droid & Apple, that connects with this site. That way, it would be almost like an instant messenger like Facebook is & it'd send you alerts for replies you get or you can check your pm's right from the App. Even if it cost a few bucks, I'd buy it.

interested in learning how a person gets full access to all dg has to offer as far as the ie membership. how much is it in full? still think dg is the best but if the 29 or whatever isnt the full cost for the benefits of ie then clue me in lol. i want it all...then i could go faster n learn even more. i know the edge stuff is more but im just refering to ie membership. also which of deans books are the best to learn from? i have re profits now,what about the others?

You can call in and get all the info on IE and pick what best fits you so the price will change on what you decide.
