I would like to partner with someone who is just stating like me so we can learn and grow together but better yet i like to partner with someone who knows what he/she is doing. I do not mind 70/30 or 60/40 split, whichever he/she prefers. I just want to get started and learn and grow. I have lots of properties but don't know how to anlyze and put it into contract. I am a big believer in the DG system, even though I have never been an official DG student. However, I have built a multi-state real estate investment business that has offices in three states and I am merely trying to add value to new students that may be headed in the wrong direction. My opinions are not meant to be negative; they are meant to be points of reality. Real estate is a tough business that has the ability to propel anyone to the top, but..... you have to be smart enough to grab for the brass ring and learn the business so you don't get burnt.
