I often think about the Gain the EDGE event where Dean introduced the 7 levels deep exercise to determine your "WHY" you are committing to succeed with real estate investing. I also reflect back to the exercise of goal setting. Determining where you are at today, where do you want to be and what to you need to do to get there. I often believe that I am doing all the things that I can but wanted to find better and more efficient ways of doing what I am doing on a regular basis. If you can leverage your time you can become more efficient or even proficient.

Hi Joe,
I have just watched the tapes from the 2010 edge for the third time and I must say everyone on there gave you so much information. I was truly inspired with what you and Stacy presented on stage. I am finally starting an action plan and being here on this site really helps keeping me focused on what I need to do. I am from the south chicago suberbs and there are really a lot of good deals out there. I seen how some of the dg family work some deals together and if that is something that might work for you let me know. Thanks again for all of your findings and sharing them with everyone.

I am fairly new to the DG family, although I've read some of the books that Dean has written. As of yet I haven't done any deals but, I'm not letting that stop me from persuing this. I realize I have to take one step at a time, and thanks to all the posts I've read I know that i'm right. I have a question. About the SLF system. Can I still get it? If so how? I've looked under the products tab but I don't see it. I'd appreciate some info on this system. Thanks a bunch
