Set for Life - What is your experience

I had stopped using the program even tho I am paying the monthly charge. I have been using it just for the leadpipes for cash buyers.

I recently went to the site to do the power matching and found that the site had been redesigned and not functioning at 100% The support email of edge10@... even got bounced back as undeliverable. I'm waiting for an answer from realflow support before I decide whether to continue with it. The old version fit me fine so I'm hoping this new version is just as good. We'll see.

Yes, they changed the whole format so now, I'm really trying to educate myself on the changes. The only thing though that I noticed is the feature that you can now email the buyers and sellers directly. However, this feature won't allow you to see the individual's email addresses. You'll just have a notification that your email has been sent. The setback though is that..I don't know if those recipients really got my email because no one replied. I tried to include myself in the email and when I checked my yahoo email...it's not there..it was in the spam folder so I figured that's what happened to all those emails I sent..they all went to junk.

Also, the edge10 doesn't work anymore..I don't know why they're not fixing that. I always call the 800# and I'm able to talk to a live person. They will transfer you the the coaches and they will walk you through the new format or any questions you may have. They themselves are learning the new program..according to them.

It is a very useful tool...only if I could really get a good lead out of it. So far, it's all marketing that I'm able to do but the result of getting a buyer or seller...not yet.

The TotalView program appears to have fallen by the way-side as well. It's still up and active, however several data feed fields are un-available and the use of Zillow as a data feed is laughable.

I found the customer service to be pretty bad. At one point it took over 3 weeks to be able to blast my properties out to my buyers list. That was just inexcusable. Some major software failure or whatever. Not my problem. Was I compensated? No! This is the only product that Dean has offered that I did not like. It is actually Greg Clements product and maybe Dean does not have total control. I have to tell it like it is.

I never got a single response from blasting properties to all the sell point websites or from fellow SFL members. Not even an offer. Not even a tire kicker. The deals were solid.

I solved my problem. I canceled my subscription! The product I use is far superior and customer service responds in an instant EVERY time. Plus they have the best Transactional funds in this business and a REAL POF letter.
