I am starting from Square 1(again). I watched the Friday 9/14/12/ & Sunday 9/16/12 webcasts. I have 3 of Dean's books and no $$, right now for Insider Elite / Boots on the Ground / Success Academy/ Master Minds / Edge or any of that.
I say right now,...because I'm @ " Enough is Enough ". Sick & tired of being sick & tired !!
I purchased the books in early 2009, my mom passed in May 2009. In June 2009 I met a young lady & we got married June 2011,..we worked another business. Are now in divorce, thus the Square 1.
I have "Be a RE Millionaire", "Profit from RE Right Now", and "Your Town, Your RE Profits"
**Which should I focus on to get myself on the fastest track to quick wholesaling money ??

If i was you need to start wholesaling and the best book to start with would be "Profit from RE Right Now or better yet, If you go on the main page of DG.com on the upper right conner Dean ask for your email to send you the "30 days to quick cash" That is the best book to get you making money in 30 days. That book would give you the exact step by step blue print on to wholesale adeal in 30 days. But like Dean says you knowledge plus action equals success!! So make sure you take action.

This is Mike Lopez. Seems we have something in common "Procastinator" lol.. Start building your buyers list the exact same way Dean shows us. That should be the only thing to concentrate right now on, buikding that buyer list... Once you have some buyers you can go to the next step which will be shopping for you buyers... keep it simple, if your buyer likes to buy in a particular area and he buys in that area for 50k all you have to do is find a house or negotiate a house dwn to 40k and sell it to your buyer for 50k... Now go make it happen
I am getting back into the game as well. I stayed up late then woke up at 4:00 am and stared going through all my notes, and there were notebooks full of were I left off in 2010. I had so many of the pieces of the puzzle together. I just couldn't seem to get very far. I hate to say it, but partly I was listening and trying to not get my husband upset. He is a huge, problem finder and now I just say, thank you for sharing, but I don't need to hear that right now. I actually think it will be easier with him not wanting to be involved as long as I spend only what I make to grow the business. Good luck Mark! We both can do it!!!
