OfflineSome may not agree, But I consider each step a success. I have been following a 16 step path to building business credit. you all know the steps.
1) Get a Business entity
2) Get your EIN #
3) Get a business bank account.
4) A business Address
5) A Sepearate Phone #.
6) Create an On line Presence.
Let me say this, the First 5 were easy. I jsut spent the last 3 days building a simple web site that does nothing more but establish an on line presence.

It is up and running. I wish I knew more of this web designing, but I did it.

That is my success.

So... I am not the only one out here doing this...great to hear of others in the same boat. I have been working on this about 6 months and just got a Amex card for the business. So excited and I know only those here would ofllow my excitement. One great step leads to another. There is a great thread on DG site about building business credit not sure if you saw it but the book that is incredible is "Principles of Building Business Credit". I want to say thankyou to Zion properties for contributing this to the website. You are awesome and everyone here is awesome. Hey Jan are you still working in the NY area?

Hey Jan, I would be interested in the lenders you know. I am just about finished with my FL rehab and am looking to come back into NY to flip a few props. I have a new partner with a decent amount of cash, but having a source for unsecured loans would help greatly when flipping.
