OfflineI AM SUPER EXCITED !!!!!!! My wife Karen has just started as my executive assistant in our new real estate office and I am CRANKED!!! It has been 5 yrs of working night and day. Every day getting up early and every day working evenings and every day doing real estate on lunch breaks ........ To prove I am DEDICATED TO BEING A SUCCESSFUL REAL ESTATE INVESTOR !!! It is finally .....my goal ..... of having her retire from her 8 yrs of owning a certified daycare. She has dedicated those 8 yrs to loving, teaching and caring for children every day !!! She has welcomed all her precious children as family each and every day for all these years and I thank her and the children's parents for making our lives brighter !!! She has retired from her JOB to help me run my real estate business office full time and make My life brighter with her precious smile and intelligent mind !!! I believe we will double to triple my real estate profits this year !!! Have done 5 deals just this month !!!!
I want to thank Dean Graziosi for persistently pushing , teaching and inspiring me and all his students through his blogs, success academy, Dg.com, insider elite ,edge events , one on ones,boots , books, free information and everything he does to see us all succeed in real estate. He truly is the #1 real estate trainer in HISTORY !!!! I believe we are the luckiest students in the world to be connected to him. Grateful is by far the least I could say in how I am fortunate enough to follow him and call him my mentor !!
Matt Larson also is a mentor I am grateful to learn from. I want to thank him for pushing us all to greater levels and being an example that is by far one of the best that worked hard and made himself what he is today.
Just a grateful moment I was feeling tonight and wanted to share with everyone as I take in a milestone that will change my rel estate career. Karen and are have begun to have mastermind sessions and she has gotten more accomplished for us in. Few days than I could have done for months as I still work full time. She has organized all of quick books on all properties, organized all taxes and amortization a on all my land contracts. Learning the SFL system and typed, PDF and proof reading my land contract ebook coming soon. She has searched cover designs and logos and watched matts videos on posting to post lets. I could list 30 more things she has done just in. Few days so you can see the direction we r heading now. We also have 2 more closing pending next week and 3 more sellers to offer on this week !! And to top it off we are heading the edge event in Arizona to learn and share even more this month !!! Life is good and I want to thank Dean and his company for all that he GIVES !!!!! Parting words can only stress to not let up and keep taking action with what we have available on this site and insider elite. The knowledge is second to NONE !!!
