Hi, I plan on buying tax liens but I can not remember the website! Which one were you given?
My husband and i are profiting from these leans as we speak. We now have a couple of properties that we bought on the tax lean sales. I dont know the program that Dg is dealing with now but we purchased one a few years ago. You can make really good money if you know how to buy and when to sell the properties after getting them. YOu can also be stuck with someworthless pieces of property so remember to do you research and do diligance when dealing with tax leans and deeds.

Thank You Jim! I found he magazine I had with the program on it.. that looks like an amazing program! The best parts I learned is that the due diligence is already done for you, the tax liens are already at the end of their redemption period, and you can buy them directly on the website!
I have not tried out the program yet, but once I save up the money I am going to be all over it! I am really excited about this one.
Well the program is suppose to do all the searching and give u a choice on which "good" tax liens u can buy.. I just was wondering if anyones ever used this program?

Yes we do have liens available for purchase. These are properties we already researched and purchased.
If anyone is interested in tax liens just send me a private message with your first and last name, a number to reach you at and some good days and times to call you.
Also to purchase our liens I would recommend at least having 2-3k to invest, otherwise we can go and find our own liens for lower dollar amounts.
We have some awesome liens. I looked at some yesterday for 18% and they are liens against very nice homes.

To me tax liens are a no brainer to have in your portfolio. If you understand the foreclosure process and what to look for in a lien, it is a sure fire way to earn up to 18% and have your money SAFELY invested.
Research the various states. Get educated and then watch the profits come in. It is very simple if you know what you are doing. You can do the research yourself or buy from us so that your time is not spent researching. Either way you come out ahead.

I questions about the training program. I went to web site. I found the free training and the Buy Direct button and registered. What I could not find was the course that was offered at the DG introductory meeting. Or the 1000's of liens and liens that were paying above 12%. So my assumption is the high paying notes and the larger volume of notes become accessible one you pay for the course. So where do you sign up for the training?

I was sharing this opportunity with a friend and he told me that he has been doing this in Texas for 2 years. He said that he started with $2200 2 years ago and so far has made $24,300.
