One's dream is another's reality
Good idea, but to make it really happen you're going to have to come into it with a solid plan and people you can trust to make it happen in real time. Besides just flipping dont forget about the investment side like REIT's and other trusts related to REI and such.
I've often said it does a world of good to branch out into other things that bring in more capital to what you're currently doing once it gets off the ground.
A big boost is getting this idea pitched to the "Donald Trumps" in the RE business...
