That you can get DEALS ...BEFORE ANYONE ELSE ....just by registering to recieve local paper by email or smartphone.
My local FREE TRADER ....which has wanted ads and FOR SALE ads....comes out every thursday.All ads must be called in by NOON ON weds.normally the PAPER is distributed EVERYWHERE to be read on thurs. GET REGISTERED....to receive this online to your email because it will come to YOU. WEDS EVENING and u will be getting DEALS FIRST!!!. A DAY before most others.I get my email DIRECTLY to my droid smartphone so I IMMEDIATELY look at the rei section and try to start calling EVERY fsbo and EVERY house or mobile home for sale.heck I even look and call on ANYTHING that I can buy to resell on craigslist.ANY....extra $$$ to invest in real estate will bring me closer to RETIRING YOUNG AND DOING WHAT I WANT....WHEN I WANT ....AND TRAVELING.
speaking of craigslist....there is also an app that I hear is available that DIRECTLY sends you leads when they are posted with YOUR CRITERIA.....IMMEDIATELY as they r posted.WOW u mean if I have a certain amount to spend and looking for a 3 beb 2 bth in xxx town then as soon as someone posts to sell then it IMMEDIATELY comes to my phone or email.
these are the advantages that need to be used!!.if anyone has more tips .....bring em on here!!!!

online papers

Most of the ones in my area have an online version that's free although condensed and with integrated ads. My point is though, the classifieds are usually the same as the print version and free. Like Jay mentioned, a few of them have criteria you can set and have emailed when new ads that fit the bill are posted.

on the pole,on the tower,in the backhoe,on the loader ,in my truck ,on vacation,in my sleep.............after devouring the THINK A LITTLE DIFFERENT PROGRAM and listening to MANY TAPES...CDS,VIDEOS it becomes a HABIT to try and think about things to make things easier,faster,more profitable.i am by NO MEANS where i want to be but am moving in the right direction.thanks and i learn more sharing things i find works than not sharing because then i LEARN TWICE ....and one thing to NEVER forget is that REPITITION IS THE MOTHER OF ALL SKILL Smiling Smiling

For sure!! It is little things like this that give us the ADVANTAGE on seeing and then TAKING ACTION on the GREAT deals.ifs almost like stocks........by the time the deals or stocks r out to the public........by that I mean out in the EYE....IN THE PAPER......in the TALK .....they r not deals anymore because they have already been taken by someone who is WILLING to do what it takes to get them ................be a thinker...be someone who FINDS these nuggets......who SEEKS wisdom...........who will find these EARLY DEALS..........you say how can I do that?????
Its easy just keep asking....just keep reading....just keep hangin with someone who has DONE WHAT UOU WANT TO DO.

The best experience you can get when you first start out is just LOOKING,LOOKING,LOOKING at properties.It costs NOTHING to go look at these and it gives you EXPERIENCE. You find out the sellers magic buttons.It gives you insight on repairs.It gives you negotiation skill,communication skills,different opinions,views.
You get ideas from many different people on how they have dealt with transactions, attorneys, title company's.
SO MANY advantages to LEARN ....ALL FREE !!!!!!!! make sure you leave your business card and be sure to get and keep their email and #.
