Ok I have been trying to use findcompsnow.com and I can't figure that site out. How does that site work?

Haven't used this as of this writing but I came acrossed Listingbook.com and thought I'd add it to this list.

If anyone is going to check out FindCompsNow.com, I hope they'll do so through my site at www.TheRealEstate.PRO . There's also a great program for finding cash buyers and private lenders included in the package.

Speaking of which, I may have found a cash buyer (an investor who buys multiple properties a year in a given area with cash), and I wasn't even using a fancy online tool. I was actually reading a newspaper (been awhile since I've done that), simply because I was in a doctor's waiting room. Anyway, it is someone else like myself who is or wants to flip properties.

Now, keep in mind these cash buyers are all around you; you just have to find them and come to an agreement on how you can work together.

If you provide a realtor with an incentive for doing so like listing your properties for sale with them whenever you're ready to resell, they can use MLS to find comps for you.

You can also look at the public version of MLS at some real estate companies' websites to see what properties are currently listed for. Now, that may not tell you what you'll get for your property, but those properties have already been priced based upon comps, so they may be comparable but not always. Sometimes they are overpriced until the seller decides to reduce the price, because a lot of times people want more for their houses before that because of their emotional attachment to the property.

Its easy, put in address and get results. It also gives Cash buyers info and PML info.
Be sure to use the radius slider at top for 20 mile radius. Change address for MORE comps and Cash buyers and PML.

I thought it would be that easy. It just sits there with no results. It does say its a beta so maybe it's just down.

Yes I just tried the website and while it shows some info
others take forever to load....it may be just the website....

I've sent an email to their support team, concerning the matter and they're going to look into it. I know they had been down for a couple of days, performing maintenance on it. I think they may have done something to it, doing that time. Hopefully, they'll resolve the issue soon.
