im sure it is the same otherwise they would have to pay MLS fees to get accesss to sold comps, could be a good site, it is a paid site did you notice? Zillow is working well, where are you Tammy? In So Cal? Zillow works well out here, really well.
of course there is prop trend which i have & works well too.

I will check into it. I use Trulia and Zillow for my comps to double check if my realtor got the comps right. I find these sites very helpful.

I agree with others that commented. Zillow is pretty good (assuming you're dealing with a disclosure state). I sometimes have trouble when looking up Indiana, but other areas are pretty spot on! Also, initially zillow will show maybe 1-3 "similar solds" (aka comps) but then there's usually a link below the ones available that will open a separate window and show more comps, if available.

It will be safer if you can go into other sites as well to compare the property with the other sold properties in the area within the past three months by comparing apple-to-apple to come up with precise ARV. Different sites provide different comps sometimes, and you can find new or additional informations about the property.
