OfflineHi guys! I am a newbiee to real estate and I've just sign up for a Free Website. I thought it's free, but after I signed up it told me to read the Terms & Conditions...I didn't finish it coz it's mad long, and one sentence saids they will charge me a one time fee, then membership fee every month etc...but it doesn't say how much the fee is.. I am confused now.
Is it free? Are they gonna charge me $$ monthly? Can someone answer me? Please HELP!!!!

Getting the FREE website up and going!
I hope you All can help me. I hopped on over to the Free website link, and tried to log in with my username and password (which I assume are the same for the stie itself). It does NOT however, like either or. SO, I pretended to not remember my password, and have it sent to my email-THEN got the message that no such email was found in the system! All this, mind you, while I'm fully logged in!
Have you ever heard of such audacity! Really!
Any ideas?

The free website link you are trying to access (Poetman) and Gerald isn't completely 'free'. It is part of Dean's AFF (Automated Foreclosure Finder) program, so you have to have invested in that program to have access to these areas. Good luck.
