It all on a point based system. Everytime you participate in something like making a post, or commenting on one, you are rewarded points. The more you are active on the site, the more your points add up. To me, it's not about the points. It's about helping each other succeed, that matters most. The rest is only icing on the cake.

I've seen medals from those with far less posts.

When I make money, that will be my medal.
