Besides me, has anyone else noticed how the topics here have become less and less interesting since Insider Elite started. It's my opinion and I am entitled to it!
less of the regulars or old timers (not by age) posting on here for sure. I mean if you are paying for a site, you will spend more time on there, so I don't know what is going to happen to this site. For now it is still viable, but time will tell.

Funny, since I've joined DGIE I've been hitting DG.com more than ever. Go figure.
I make a point to check in several times per week.
I love this site! I'm am thankful for it and its many contributors, old and new!
The DG.com site and its family are priceless!
It is chockfull of helpful people, informative archives, nugget references, formulas, and the BEST personal success stories ever! Wild horses couldn't drag me away...

Ever since the summer theyve been posting more and more of the same questions the books and training talks about. Its like they dont read the books or posts thats already on here its kind of getting frustrating thats probably why people only come to just post there deals on here and thats it. And i want my old account back
When a topic or deal is posted on this site that REALLY has to do with growing your Real Estate Business and has important REI related information NO ON RESPONDS!
If there is a post that is a sad life story or a motivational speech then there are 3 pages worth of responses. Lots of cheer leading and pom-pom waving. I think encouragement is a great thing but discussing real deals and strategies will help motivated people succeed.
That is why this site is shrinking. I don't think it is because of IE. That will fade in time and people will return to DG.com. We just need to talk more business and strategies here!

That is bogging and clogging DG.com has made its way into IE yet? At $300/month, I doubt it but, you never know. If this guy gets paid by the click, he might have the budget to swing it.

I have to agree with Kat, I'm on here much MORE now that I joined IE. It's still a great networking tool. One problem though, and I know this has been addressed several times. So many people don't fill out any profile information! I was on last night, and there were several people online. I thought I would look at a few profiles to see if anyone was anywhere near my area. I clicked on 5 or 6 people & not one of them had anything filled out on their profile. Why even bother signing up. This is supposed to be a networking venue where we can get to know one another & help each other. Let's utilize it!

I do not get on this site as often as I would like but when I do, I truly enjoy your posts on all the deals you're making.
You are one of the most insiring people here. Even if you are not getting too many responses to your posts, please keep posting. Some members might be too intimidated to respond if they have not yet made a deal. (It is very easy to be sympathetic to someone in need of sympathy or encouragement.)
Everyone is reading what you write and you are very motivational!

Guess we should just focus on the business and let it work itself out. Still there is a lot of Spam that could be taken care of. Michael, I also think people read your posts but don't respond as they are just learning from you and don't reply as the poster above stated.

Yes i have seen the same thing Mike. Sorrow loves company I guess. I stopped trying to figure it out along time ago. I post here on a deal with the deals and get one to three replys. Then I look at a post from someone who is looking to tell how life is unfair and 20 people reply...I just don't know mike..i just don't know...NOW GO GET SOME
