IAM NEW REAL ESTATE INVESTOR TRYING TO MAKE A MIL .LOL!! WHO ISNT RIGHT!!! WELL IVE BEEN DOING REPAIRS AND REMODELING ON HOMES FOR SOME TIME NOW,AND LATELY IVE BEEN REALLY INTRESTED IN REAL ESTATE.IVE GONE TO THE ACADEMY OF REAL ESTATE HERE IN MY HOME TOWN AND JUST HAVE BEEN READING ALOT OF REAL ESTATE BOOKS.SO FAR SO GOOD IVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND A GOOD DEAL FMV 90K AND GOT IT FOR 45K NEEDS SOME REPAIRS BUT WILL DO THEM MYSELF.HOPEFULLY EVERYTHING WORKS OUT OK IF SO IAM GOING TO PURSUE MY REAL ESTATE CARRER MORE!! WELL LIVE LEARN AND LOVE!!

Hello, Everyone ive been reading deans books lately.They have been realy inormative ive been able to lock up a good deal. i found some one who was behind in property taxes and had no mortgage i made them a low ball offer and was accepted so were are waiting to close hopefully next week . iam so excited. it has a potential profit of 20k to 25k . so my confidence has boosted.ive been marketing like crazy and found another seller who really wants to sell i think i get it 15k to 20k below fmv.How can i lock it up and assign it to a intrested buyer . its a real nice home well taken care . they just need to move out of town quick . ANYBODY OUT THERE WITH SOME ADVICE?????????????????? I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT !!!!!!!!

Well first of al i want to thank you for support in my first flip especially in a down market like they say. I guess you can say i was lucky enough to be able to do my first flip or just realize that all the hard work is paying off!!!!! Well so far so good the property i bought and remodeled is complete and currently under contract . i got like 3 offers the first two weeks and was really exceited about it . The deal is supposed to close this friday i hope cuz we had a couple of bumps down the road . the buyers lender was stateing i had to have possesion of the property for minimum of atleast 90 days before they could even right up a contract so the pushed it back another month or so finnaly the time has came and were supposed to close on friday.iam really excited and looking forward towards my next one . well i hope i can be of any help any time just ask!!!!!!! good luck in the future

well nice to meet u nice to no there's someone else in el paso who believes in dean people around me think iam kind of crazy,but like dean says were are going to get that from others. i was starting to think i was the only crazy one here in el paso to try and learn from dean . well as for rei groups i really dont know of any ones, and for some reason its kind of hard to get advice from rei here or in general people in real estate but if i can be of any help let me no. iam here to help if i can do so well good luck in our future!!!!!!!!!!!!!
