I am a Maintenance Technician by trade, a Handyman for Hire in my community, and an avid market watcher (from the sidelines). I am married to the greatest woman in the world and have two wonderful children. I self contracted our dream home and did a fair share of the work myself. That being said...it is our dream home so we did stretch our budget/budgets too thin. We get by week to week hoping and praying we have no major (unexpected) expenses come our way. My wife is a stay at home mom and also a babysitter for two other children.
She had seen Dean's infomercial and knowing my passion for flipping homes and owning rentals she purchased the package as a Christmas gift not realizing she had signed up for the training etc. I will admit I was very reluctant to the idea of following Dean's advice, and honestly still am, but the more I read the book the more I believe "hey he does know what he's doing." Yesterday (3/6/08) I purchased the full program and now I feel that there is a light (possibly just a glimmer of light, but nonetheless a light) at the end of the tunnel.
As of right now I can only follow the advice of the book, so today I came to the website to download some forms to get my arms around our monthly expenses. I have an idea but when pen is put to paper it is made crystal clear.
I am looking forward to the opportunities and challenges that await me and my family with Dean's courses, tools, and tips.
