Doing good, learning about real estate.
hey doing well, just bought a multifamily home, dean helped, thanks dean.
Well, just thinking about getting some real estate training at a school, i might go to real estate school and get a license.
theres a couple of opportunities, there a house with a automobile sales place and a store connected to it, i believe its for sale for 300,000, what should i do? i was told to offer $10,000, so i dont know what to do.
just want to let dean know that i found an old house with a stable of cars also included is a small country store, but im not sure what to do. i contacted this investor friend of mine and told her that we i want to rent to own but im not very sure of that strategy, what do i do.
