Hi,
I have a certificate of eligibility for loan guaranty benefits, Could I possible use it for a downpayment on a home, single family or duplex? Basic entitlement is $36,000. Qualified veterans can obtain loans up to $417,000 without a downpayment, if the property appraises for the contracct price.
