Just met a friend who is a realtor and can help me put a few deals together. There is so much I don't know but I am willing to learn. I'm always checking in at Dean's Website for more information about real estate investing. I put signs at Winn Dixie, Auto Zone, and McDonalds like Greg did. Working on buyers and sellers list so I can put some deals together.

Thanks for the heads up, I appreciate it. I have a question. A realtor emailed me if I had bank approval? Do I need bank approval if I'm using other peoples money? I'm using Dean's IEE System in which I use the buyers money. Just wondering.
