I am new to Real Estate Investing.

I have over 20 years experience in Mortgage lending (First Mortgage/Lines of Credit), Real Estate Sales (Resale/New Home subdivisions) and Property Management (Resident Manager).
I have 2 Fantastic sons 35 & 38 and 3 beautiful grandchildren 4,6 & 13.
Interests:
I love horses. I love dolphins. I love water...rivers, lakes, streams, gurgling creeks, oceans or just my garden hose. I love the great outdoors. I have had a love for Real Estate most of my adult life. I love the simple things in life like sharing a great cup of coffee with a good friend on a rainy day in front of a crackling fire. And Yes I know this is not a dating site. It gives a realistic idea of who I am.

Hi Greg,
Well like all new investors I am scared to pull the trigger. I know I will have to soon enough, but I look at properties that look awesome and I talk about it to all of my family about the houses I have found and I get all excited and I don't follow through. I guess once I make my first offer and actually assign a deal I will probably be OK. I am reading the "30 Days to Real Estate CASH" book now.
