I have purchased one house subject to and sold for profit 6 mos later after renovating it.

I have purchased 2nd home with a mortgage(BIG MISTAKE) and it is now rented for a monthly profit.

I have bought another home subject to and it is currently being rented, but needs work, so not making a profit.(But breaking even)

I am working on lease-to-own 2 more properties. I am going to re-lease them and make a monthly profit, if I can figure out how to do the paperwork.

I keep hearing how lease options are illegal in Texas. If you know something please share the info. I live in Waco, but I am moving to Victoria in about a month.
