I live in an area where real estate is inexpensive where you can find a brand new house for $100k. This is why I started to get interested in real estate investing.
I bought Deans second book and it is the best real estate book that I have read so far.
I bought my own house six years ago and have worked in the real estate and mortgage field. I want to learn as much as I can about investing and the most difficult part is just getting started. I know I can do it once I get all my ducks in a row.
