ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS IS GOING TO HELP ME GET STARTED BY ALLOWING ME TO PAY TAXES ON ONE HOME AND THEN GIVING ME THE OTHER ON THE SAME BLOCK. THE PLACE NEED SOME WORK TO GET THEM READY FOR RENTERS. AND, ONCE I PAY THE BACK TAXES I WILL BE SPENT FOR CASH. SINCE I WILL OWN THE TWO, IS THERE A WAY FOR ME TO GET THE CASH TO REHAB THEM?
Getting started
my biggest problem is really where to start. I'm half way through "profit from real estate right now" and I want to get going. Its like, should I finish reading the book, or go set up a hotline to screen seller,but I'm going to need buyers and my family needs a home. we just lost our home to the bank. what should I do, go get some business cards? I'm so confused and need to get started now.
