I have just received my book and am excited about the possibilities of using the information to couple with my experience to bring Cindy and I out of the financial hole we have found ourselves in during the current financial crisis.
One of the three things I need to overcome is to let go of some of my pre-conceived ideas about real estate formed over 22 years as a Realtor! The Edge would give me a system to follow and ideas to update my worn out ones!
I'll let you know within the week about my first deal and expect them to come fast and furious once I overcome the fear of using new knowledge and approach in an industry I have approached in a far different way.
