Working with 2 Realtors

Hi,

As I'm just beginning to look for Realtors the question is; any idea how to negotiate with the two of them without offending either party?

That's since both might be pretty great.

Am I being greedy by wanting to work with twoof them?

Don't either Dean or Matt Larson work with two agents?

What's the advantage and reasoning behind that?

I'm dealing with a similar situation, and my excuse is "well i'm working with you also because if there are any deals that you list yourself I want to work with you directly on that deal." or something along those lines.

Once a realtor finds out you're working with them to get 6% on deals they list their going to start thinking
"wow this person wants to get me FULL commission! Cha ching!"

Hope that made sense. Work with multiple investors from different offices, remember, they are on a "need to know basis" and as for working with other realtors, they don't need to know.
