Hello,
Can someone tell me if Im on the right frequency? Im a 3 month new investor. I have POF's and a realtor that's sending me the expired list. I have yet to find a motivated seller and if I do, the numbers just don't come out right. Should I just deal with other wholesellers or should I just send postcards or drive to some of these expired listings and pass out my busines cards? Also, I've been running into alot of sellers that still owe at least 1/2 or even more of purchase price. There not wholesale deals,but still want to sell. Im a new investor and I was thinking that maybe I should do a master lease, assume the seller's loan,and get a renter with a sizable down payment, and then get the cash flow. Of course the benefit would be that the seller would get the tax benefits and able to cash out if the home is sold. This business has opened my eyes to some future possibilities and Im proud to be part of. This is a network that is willing to give me the tools to continue aspired action.
