Biggest Obstacle
Fear of failure.
I'm looking to real estate for passive income, so I won't have to rely on my job. I am afraid of embarrassing myself by 1) making offers a seller won't accept, 2) trying to get loans which lenders won't fund, and 3) others looking down on me for pursuing what they perceive is a pipe-dream. I am also concerned about putting my family in a bad situation by taking time off from my current job to get involved in real estate.
