Finished the 3 day mentor program yesterday. It was awesome. Starting to network now. Meeting with a DC attorney tomorrow that works with investors. Have 2 realtors, 2 buyers, formed my LLC now I just need to start putting out offers. Wish me luck.
BTW, actually did my second deal while in class. Purchased a foreclosure in Detroit.
Got it for $2200. ARV should be low 50's
