OfflineMy name is Nathan, and I am 31years of age, and I was laid off a few weeks ago from a Security Job that I was barely making ends meat at.I graduated from Coastal Georgia College in December 2003 with a diploma in Business/Marketing & Management.After I graduated I came back home to Atlanta and got into sales.I did sales for about 2 and a half months,and then was accepted into the Swift Trucking Academy in Memphis TN, where I trained, and then recieved my Commercial Drivers Liscense.I then proceeded to drive all 48 to 50 states including Canada within 2years.Yes I am proud 2say that I have traveled this entire country including Canada.I have about 5years trucking experience, 1year of Armed & UnArmed Security,and I have been in sales just about all my life.Entrepreneurship is in my blood,and that is why I am pursuing Real Estate and other types of ventures.I hope take Dean Graziosi course to the next level.

I was laid off a few weeks ago.I have no income,and my credit is very poor.I have purhased DG's Be a Real Estate Milliare months ago and just could not get my feet off the ground with my first deal,and now I have purchased the books Your Town Your Real Estate Profits and Profit From Real Estate Now.I am trying it again, and believe this will be the last real estate course that I will purchase.I need to know exactly what I can do to make my first real estate transaction with no money and no credit.I really need some help on doing this.What can I do right now.
