Just Finished The Book Profit From Real Estate From Front To/Got My Free Website Started/& Posedt 2 Properties On Craiglist

Goodmorning my fellow dgf, I just wanted to let you know that I just finished the great read (Profit From Real Estate Now @ about 7:30 this morning.A whole lot of information I must tell you,and what keeps popping up in my mind is assignment!assingment!assignment!.The picture is becoming more and more clearer as the days go by,but the only thing I need clerification on is the documents, because I find myself getting confused on the documents to present.I keep going back and forth trying to figure out what documents that I need present 2get started.Its telling the name such as the disclosure,assignment contract,purchase agreement,but they all are looking the same.I seeing that it is between 3&4 documents.

I also got my free website going,and posted to houses on it and also craiglist. I got hope that its a much brighter future in sight than I can even imagine,so I will continue to study and keep my eyes on the prize.I haven't complete my first deal,but you better believe that I am on my way,and I can't wait gain enough experience as to where I can get other people involved,so that they can change their situation through real estate,and other ventures.To all have a wonderful and blessed day.peace love greathealth generationalwealth happiness

Welcome to the Fam! As far as assignments go, you only need a purchase agreement with the seller, and an assignment of contract with your end buyer. Look under Forms and Docs in the Student Resources section on the left side of the page here and they'll be near the top of the list. What houses did you post on your website? Do you have them under contract?

I myself Just read Deans book and I must say this book is one of the best books on the planet.I think I hurt my brain taking in all that information so fast.this book is so great before I even finished the book I started using the strategies it teaches and am getting results right away,Big thanks to dean and the hole Family.

As for me, I already got one

As for me, I already got one Real estate Agent that called me about a property I had posted on craigslist. It was my dads house since I was using it for the "bandit" technique. So I plan on calling him later just to get his e-mail and I might modify the letter inside the book so he can get an understanding for what I am doing. So far no cash buyers or sellers just the agent.


Question for you pandpvinc......

When you have the purchase agreement signed that includes the escape clauses, do you also need to have a separate property disclosure statement signed? I am working towards a fsbo assignment, and was also wondering who does the closing in this case. Thanks for any info.

Penny,

For an assignment of contract, you don't need the investor disclosure statement. Just explain to the seller what you're wanting to do. For the closing, you'll use either a title company or a real estate attorney, depending on what the procedure is in your state.
