Very New at this. How do I find contract forms to download. I don't know how to add the different addendums. Going to look at a property this afternoon. Don't even know how much to offer. The PMI helpline is closed. should we just go and look at the place and tell them we will get back to them? The property is a fannie mae prop. Not much work to be done to it and selling way below the last amount sold and tax value. Don't know what to do first, second, or third. Help

I am assuming you are being shown the property by a realtor. That person will give you procedure details. You can ask about properties recently sold in the area and what they sold for and they should tell you.

Let the person showing you the property know you are interested in it as an investor. It is their job to help you with the process and paperwork.

It will be up to you to make an offer if interested. If interested tell the realtor. They will help you. They want the sale. You are a potential buyer.

I need help with getting my first deal. I know how to fine properties but now i to a buyers list.
