Hello

My name is CJ and I am just starting out in investing real estate.
I just celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary, I have two grown
beautiful daughters. I live in So Cal (Ventura county) next to the ocean
God has truely blessed my life. I have been working the past 22 years and
am tired of working for someone else. My motive is to not be rich but be financially free as I'm sure a lot of people on this site are also trying to achieve.

I look forward to making new partners and friends on this site.
