Hello DG Family
I am new to real estate investing been reading the book, I have toke my first step and hired a Realtor and he is willing to working investor in my area. He has sent me a list of over 50 homes that have been on the market over 90 days. I have put ads on the craiglist.com to see if I can get some buyer so I got 4 emails for people asking for photos, address, more info so my next is to find out what they are looking for and then go from there some one let me know if I am not on the right I think I am I moving on to the next step making offers. I will let every one knows how thing are going, i have had over 5 calls on my 800# but only one let there info so I am working on that all so.
