NOPE.
Not yet at least. I started my wholesale business with my partner Reggie 5 weeks ago, and we've yet to meet with a seller and put their house under contract...but we DO have around 25 cash buyers on our list. I have a personality most people could never understand. The whole keep pushing forward and don't give up thing? Yeah, i take that pretty seriously. If wholesaling is even remotely possible, I'm going to be the best at it. Ever.
