Hi Everyone. I need help with how to fill out the Non-Circumvent Non Disclosure Confidentiality Agreement and what form needs to be used in locating a property and getting paid to get the cash buyer and seller together. What do I put were it says: The introducing party _____________________ is entitled to _________________________?
I'm a little overwhelmed with all these forms. What is the promissory note for? Bird Dogging? What exactly is Wholesaling, Bird Dogging?
How do I get the seller to sign the form(s)? What do you generally say to the seller to agree to sign the form(s)? Which Forms does the seller have to sign for me to get paid as a property locator??
Where does the and/or clause (To protect myself and let me walk away if the deal goes sour) go on the agreement to purchase or the Assignment of contract?
Do IU use an assignment of contract for being a locator and getting paid my fee? What is the acceptabile fee to be a locator be?
