Thanks Jimmy very much for the comments they are very much appreciated. I have been doing so much research, reading and putting together my resource team. I have now joined some active RE Investing groups in the Charlotte, NC area. I will be attending to many of these soon to build some relationships. I am so eager to get into this business and feel that I am on the right track. I started looking into this business about 1 month or so ago. Everyday I get more and more excited. I have been in sales for over 10 year's and feel that I have what it takes to become financially secure. I really appreciate your insight and suggestions. I'm brand new at this, but here are my thoughts:
Have you gone to any Dean Graziosi trainings? He has a team of investors who help you close business without using any of your money.
I always feel when people pressure you to sign a contract, it's a red flag that means you SHOULD have the contract reviewed.
I do know where you can get a legal services membership that would include reviews of any contract you have, along with much other legal help.
I'm sure there's a way to open a new thread of discussion to get feedback from other people here.

I appreciate all the information given Lorraine. I have not attended Deans training but few others. If he ever comes to Charlotte I am sure I would. I have been to a few others and ordered some courses and reviewed a lot of other information online. I am doing well I believe, just need to get out of my comfort zone and make it happen NOW.
Luckily for now I was able to acquire a position with a company to hold off some financial help until I can do RE full time. That is my goal and I am pursuing it as much as possible. I will do this full-time very soon and your right SAFETY first. Thanks for writing.

I have an Investor looking
I have an Investor looking to purchase in NC/SC area between 80-100 properties a WEEK.(Yes a WEEK) I have a multitude of criteria but very fair for the right SELLERS. If you have a abundance of properties please email me your website information and contact info. I do not need wholesalers or houses listed on MLS. This could be a repeat business opportunity for you and I. This is a serious buyer and he is looking to move fast. Any and all deals will be looked at and considered. This is real and I have all the criteria that you will need if you can help. I do not supply POF to every Tom, **** and Harry so don't ask. If you have to ask your probably a wholesaler and that's not going to work. I need legitimate, quality INVESTORS who are real and established. I will have to do my due diligence in you to verify your authentication. It will work my way not yours. This could be a worthwhile phenomenal partnership for the right person or people. If you have others in the business please let me know, I'm sure you cannot supply all these properties but the more the merrier. This needs to A.S.A.P. HELP HELP HELP
I am new to the group and I was looking to post this comment somewhere and was unable to find where. I am very new to RE Investing and I have sought after MENTORSHIPS. I found one here close in Chalotte, NC. We have a talked back and forth about me becoming one of his students/trainees. I expressed to him repeatedly that I do not have any upfront funds to start my business. He has expressed interest in waiving the $2,000.00 and putting it into my first deal. I have no problem with that, his stipulations are that we are partners on every deal with a 50/50 split for a term of 12 months? He is wanting me to sign a contract for those terms is this a good deal for me? Can you please assist me in making the right decision or decisions? I know that I could probably do this on my own in time with tons of mistakes and money lost. So I can considering this very heavily. I do have the contract that I could send if someone could review it. I appreciate any help here in guiding me. He is wanting this contract back A.S.A.P. He was not going to help me because of the NON-UPFRONT cost of $2,000.00 but he has since reconsidered. I just don't know if this is a good deal and the length of term. PLEASE HELP. I am very serious in making Investing my career and am extremely passionate about pursing it. If there is somewhere to post this let me know I just couldn't find where to open up a topic. Thank you so much.
