About Me:

I am a retired NFL member, (no friends left). I was a tax collector. I retired when I was 47 with 6 rentals. I am now 63 years and quit counting the number of properties I had when I had to take my shoes off LOL. I have continued my investing. I credit my father for my real estate mentoring. I was watching what my father was doing and I said I need to come up there and do what your doing. He said no you do not, you have a lot more opportunity right where you are. This has been my most valuable information. I purchased my first home when I was 20 years old and in college. I have enjoyed mentoring some friends and family members. I reached my personal goal of being debt-free this past year.
Yeah! for Dave Ramsey. There is a 100% chance of no foreclosure if you owe no money.

The path of least resistance is what makes rivers run crooked.

Yes, there are two paths you can go by but in the long run there is still time to change the path you are presently on.

Happiness is around the next corner, wealth down the street.

Hope is not a financial plan.

While visiting with my air condition person, he told me that he was looking for a home for his son. I arranged for him to buy tax deed from another investor I know and he was able to buy a tax deed home for his son for about 20 cents on the dollar.

I have wholesaled several properties this year. This week I closed on 5 properties that I purchased wholesale of which 3 had homes that I will have to confirm title or flip wholesale.

Welcome Jimmy

So glad to "meet" you. Welcome to the family! We love to hear of others' experiences and to share the DG methods we learn.

Love your story, the generosity, the karma and the whole family value package!

So, you must be a hunter; a great personality trait for RE!

Hope to here from you a lot!

If you want to hear more about this family and you can do it, get the Edge Live package--- I'm NOT a seminar go-er, but I LOVE the EDGE, leaves ya chompin' at the bit for the next creative deal. You are already an awesome creative and giving investor, but it is very interesting!

Hi Tina

I enjoyed your comments. I spent the afternoon with 5 heavy tax investors this afternoon.
We were brain storming with ideas and strategies. These strategy sessions helps to keep the flames glowing. The five of us have been each investing in tax deeds in excess of five years.

Ooooh I'd love to be a fly on the wall

Very interested, love to hear sometime.
Hope it was yet another great brainstorming meet.

Thank you back,

Tax investing

The meeting lasted abou 5 hours. There were about a million dollars in tax certicates represented in the group. One of the investors had a property forfeit to her that had a home on it. I helped to complete the sale to a friend who was looking for a home for his son. It became a win win situation for both parties. One of the tax investors has written 3 books on tax investing that is available on Amazon .com. It never hurts to brainstorm with these type of people. The more you give, the more you receive.

I like that sentence. "The path of least resistance is what makes rivers run crooked.". Good Stuff.
