Other than being debt free, I would like to build and operate an activity center in my small, friendly, rural town that has a lot of children with exceptional talents that are not being nourished to their highest potentials.
My town has numerous elderly people with seasoned knowledge. These elderly people need to interact with the younger people. A lot of people in my town has lived to be 93 years and older (over 100 years). We are doing something right!
My heart yearns for the people of my town to become self-sufficient and move out of poverty.
Hopefully, I can be an example and convince some of the younger people in my town to start investing in real estate and help their families.
