My wife and I live in Morgantown, WV. This is a very interesting area pertaining to real estate as it is a big college and medical town. We are looking to use the right approach for this market and it appears as though there is alot of experienced investors here in town. We look for the partnership with DG to be a very inlighting journey.

My biggest hobby is fishing but I also enjoy golfing and spending time with family.

We starting looking for investors in the Morgantown, WV area to network with. We ended up with a Realtor in the Pittsburgh, PA area who is great and we are looking to join investor clubs in PA and WV. We are also going to get involved in the Local and large university and community groups.

Thank you for your words and you are so right. I have already learned so much and there is so much more to learn. I am now ready to start interviewing the Real Estate Agents in my area as well as a couple of other areas that I am interested in and could not have done without the support of this site and Dean's books. I will keep you posted as to how things are progressing.
