We actually started investing in Real Estate in 2002. We purchased 2 4 plex's in Daytona Beach and made out very well. We then stated investing in Fort Myer's Fl and the Carolina's. We attended multiple seminar's and spent over $35,000 on education. In 2006 our vacany rates started climbing, over 70% at one point, and cash flow was non-existant. At this point we became emotionally involved and stopped treating our real estate investing activites as a business. We had a total of 42 properties many of which we were covering all the payments. This was soley due to unanticpated vacanies. We ended up losing all, matter of fact were still trying to get rid of a few. We learned many lesson's, have done alot of research and are convinced now is the time to go "at it again". Dean's program has brought us a breath of fresh air and we know our prayer's have been answered. In a World where YOU can be anything... just BE YOURSELF Jim & denise
