Have always tampered with learning real estate with no real success. Dean's book is the 1st to allow me the belief that this time it will work. Plus the fact that we have the DG community allows me to connect where as before this was not an option. I enjoy spending time with my family, eating, working out and reading about real estate and due to our situation am also looking forward to working for myself. Since at this time the company that I work for has laid us off and we have no idea if or when we will be called back.
