I clicked the link and the deal analyzer opens ,the only thing I see at the top right is the help button.I have this downloaded already I must have been on that webinar too but cant seem to enter any property info.all it lets me do is highlight.

Ok everyone this is a great tool to quickly analyze a deal.The problem I had was I didnt have excel installed.If you have microsoft office it will work no problem.Great post and great new tool.

I am a NEW-B and not real PC literate.I went to the site and it wanted to "save" to someplace & I said OK. Nothing Happened. I tried to Download. Up pops a page with options. This is definitely not my best suit. Wants me to buy 2007 version or download free 2010 version Can't buy with only $0.18 left. I guess it really did not matter. Nothing happened when I tried to download frre 2010 version. Can anybody tell me where I shud go now. I got the book -- "COMPUTERS FOR DUMMIES". NO HELP there.

Go to google and in the search bar type in Open Office, its a software suite just like Microsoft Office but this is totally free of charge.You will get everything Microsoft Office has and it come with a spreadsheet.It will even give you a titorial on how to use it.I have it and it works better than Microsoft Office.

That spreadsheet was a bit hard to read and it did not analyze the way I buy. I just started using realyields.com. I am only trying it out right now becuase they give you the first 2 properties free.

it could be useful in the near future

for the analyzer whurndon. Very simple tool to do just some quick estimates and numbers. Are the interest calculations just 'simple interest' calcs or something a little more sophisticated than that. The cells appear like they are just simple, but haven't totally disected.

I'm a newbie, so thanks for the tool.
