About Me:

I got interested in real estate several years ago but thought the only way to be in real estate was to be a realtor. That didn't really appeal to me, I wanted to own property and have rentals, etc. Three years ago I lost my job and had to take a job at $60K below what I had been making, I drifted through two years before I realized something had to change, I saw an infomercial for a different REI course and that's when I realized you could be in real estate without being a realtor. I went to the free class, read what seemed like a million books, and realized I needed help. Long story short I found DG and am well on my way to making a change for myself. I started in real estate investing January of this year (2012) and I went all out on this. Look forward to getting motivation on this site, thanks to all.

I have done all the things that I have learned: networking,signs, ghost ads, build buyers list, getting in touch with realtors willing to work with investors, subscribe to softwhare programs to get foreclosure properties, etc. etc., but I am still not making any offer, because I do not know how go about getting the contract done and match it to the buyer for an assignment ot double closure.
Can anyone please tell me what to do in practise and help me move on to get my first deal done?
I live on SS funds and it is not funny anymore!
