I am married with 4 kids. We recently moved to a somewhat lower income/cost of living area after some financial hardships. I was an accountant by profession, but now am managing a software product for homebuilders & remodelers. My main goals are to save money for college, weddings (for kids) and retirement.

"Batman" was a nickname coined by a former colleague. I support customers and sometimes rush in and "save the day", thus the nickname. So, I will now try to "save the day" with some real estate deals as well.

I have been around real estate (new construction) for nearly 15 years and I am excited about some possible real estate deals in our area. I am ready to change some things in my life and move forward.
