OfflineI am a highly motivated single father with full custody. I decided to make a move while the coals are still warm in Real Estate (not that there are not ways around the different markets). My goal is to thoroughly record the process from my brother and I's first deal up to financial security explaining some of what we learned each week and having people follow us through deal to deal. I want all people to know it is possible and easier to do than they think. Thanks to Dean's book "30 Days to REAL ESTATE CASH" I decided to quit my full time job that was not paying me enough and do this full time. Follow my Blog and my Vlog as I grow and succeed.
